煤岩材料卸围压过程破坏突变特性实验研究

摘  要:应用MTS815材料力学试验机和煤岩材料三轴瓦斯渗流试验装置,开展煤岩材料的卸围压实验,并对卸围压过程中煤岩材料的破坏突变特性进行研究。研究结果显示:不含瓦斯煤岩材料在卸围压过程中破坏突变现象不明显。含瓦斯煤岩材料的卸围压过程具有2个阶段;在2个阶段的分界点,轴向应力随围压的变化呈现突变特征;瓦斯压力小于等于1.5MPa时,随着瓦斯压力的增大,含瓦斯煤岩材料在卸围压过程中的破坏突变特性更加不明显。研究结果对预测煤岩的破坏和预防煤与瓦斯突出具有现实指导意义。By means of mechanical testing machine MTSS15 and triaxial gas-seepage experimental device of coal material, the experiment of unloading confining pressure of coal material was carried out. The research of catastrophe characteristics of coal material in the process of unloading confining pressure was performed. The results of study show as follows. The failure catastrophe phenomenon of coal material in the process of unloading confining pressure is inconspicuous. The unloading confining pressure process of gas-bearing coal material has two stage. At the demarca- tion point, the changes of axial stress with confining pressure present the character of catastrophe. If the gas pressure is less than 1.5 MPa, the catastrophe phenomenon of gas-bearing coal material in the process of unloading confining pressure is more inconspicuous with the increasing of gas pressure. The results have a referencial value for predict de- stroy of coal and prevent coal and gas out burst.
