生本理念下的高校大学生思想政治工作策略

摘　　要：生本理念下的高校大学生思想政治教育首先要巧用校园文化建设和谐校园,强化教育管理中的激励教育,让学生在教师的激励中不断提升自身能力,形成正确的人生观、价值观。加强校企合作,解决学生就业难题,稳定学生情绪。在这个基础上,要采用各种绩效考核的形式使思想政治工作有目标,使学生更好地形成社会主义核心价值观。University students＇ ideological and political work from the student-oriented perspective should first take advantage of the campus culture to construct a harmonious campus, enhance the stimulation education in education management, so as to help students continuingly improve themselves and form a correct out- look on life and value. University-enterprise cooperation should also be strengthened, so as to solve the problems of students＇ em- ployment and stabilize their emotions. Based on this, we should also adopt various forms of performance evaluation, so as to de- terminate the aims of ideological and political work and help stu- dents better form their socialist core value.
