摘　　要：适应问题是大学新生普遍遇到的问题,影响新生的生活、学习、心理等各个方面,因此,新生适应能力培养成为大一学生教育工作的重中之重。本文通过一年以来对新生教育的实践经验总结,提炼出"一个中心,四个抓手,五位一体"大学新生适应教育的新模式。Freshmen＇s adaptation is a universal problem, which affects freshman＇s life, learning, psychology and so on. Therefore, freshmen＇s adaptation ability becomes the priority task of educa- tion. Through a year of education practice experience, this paper summarizes the new mode of education which is called ＂one cen- ter, four grippers and five forming an organic whole＂.
