摘　　要：从复杂性理论视角出发,探讨大学专业课程有效教学问题,集中探讨大学专业课程有效教学的理论、特征,大学专业课教师怎样进行有效教学以及如何成为有效教师等问题,以提高大学专业课教师的教学能力和教学有效性,最终促进大学专业课教学质量的提高。In order to improve the teaching ability and teaching effectiveness of university professional teachers, the topic on the effective teaching of professional curriculum in university was discussed based on the complexity theory. In detail, the theory and the characteristics of the effective teaching, the way to carry out effective teaching, and the method to become an effective teacher were explored. As a conclusion, the result shows that it can improve the teaching quality of professional curriculum in u- niversity.
