摘　　要：教务秘书是高等院校中一个重要岗位,运筹帷幄着各部门及师生等多方工作的沟通联系,是院系日常工作不可或缺的一个重要角色。本文主要结合自身教务秘书岗位承担的常态化工作实践,重点就教育改革进程中怎样提升教务秘书的工作质效提出一些可行性建议。The teaching secretary is an important post in colleges, which coordinates the communicative relations among each de- partment, teachers and students, so the teaching secretary plays an irreplaceable role in the daily work of departments and col- leges. Combined with the writer＇s practice of normal work on the post of teaching secretary, this paper focuses on some feasible suggestions of improving the quality and effect of teaching secretaries＇ work.
