摘　　要：在高校大量扩招、高校改革日渐推进的今天,高校班主任工作显得尤为重要。外紧内松的管理思路,因材施教的分流模式,亲切自然的人文关怀对高校的自身发展、学生的成长成才、教师的自我成长都有较强的借鉴意义。In the background of today＇s university enrollment and universily reform, college head teachers＇ work is particularly im- portant. This paper discusses some methods which are of strong referential significance to university development, students＇ growth and teachers＇ personal development, such as the management idea of external tightness and internal looseness, the distributary mode of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude, and kind and natural humanistic care.
