摘　　要：普通高校图书馆岗位设置与聘任工作存在图书馆难以引进高层次专业人才与难以提升科研水平的问题。普通高校图书馆应构建学科化团队服务模式,根据实际情况组织人员,要求其认真履行工作职责,采取团队分工合作模式,并注重服务的绩效考核。普通高校图书馆在构建学科化服务团队时还应注意动态调整人员配置及服务方案,采用刚柔相济的管理模式。It is difficult to introduce high-level talents and improve the level of scientific researches in the post setting and the employment work of the general university library.Thus, the general university library should construct the mode of the subject service team, organize the staff based on the actual situation, require them to fulfill their duties seriously, take the mode of the division and cooperation in the team, and focus on the service performance evaluation. The general university library also should pay attention to adjusting the personnel allocation and the service plan dynamically, use the management pattern with the combination of rigidity and moderation in constructing subject services.
