香港迪士尼乐园与关联产业共赢关系分析及对上海迪士尼发展的启示

摘　　要：上海迪士尼乐园自合同签订伊始,其发展前景和对上海经济的未来影响就成为产学研各界关注的热点问题。香港迪士尼乐园和上海迪士尼乐园在区位、目标市场、依托城市等各方面都比较相近,对香港迪士尼与关联产业关系的分析能够为上海迪士尼发展起到参考借鉴作用。本文首先简要概述了香港迪士尼的经营状况,进而详细分析了香港迪士尼与关联产业的共赢关系。在此基础上,从上海迪士尼的发展基础角度展望了上海迪士尼的未来发展,并分析了上海迪士尼对上海经济体系的影响。Since Shanghai Disneyland signed the contract, the development prospects and impacts on Shanghai economy have become a hot topic. Shanghai Disneyland is relatively similar to Hong Kong Disneyland in location, target market and relying city. Therefore, the analysis on the relationship between Hang Kong Disneyland and related industries can play a reference for the development of Shanghai Disneyland. In this paper, a brief overview of the operating conditions of Hong Kong Disneyland is addressed. And then win - win relationships with related industries are analyzed in detail. On this basis, from the perspective of the development of Shanghai Disneyland, its future development is predicted, and the effect of Shanghai Disneyland on Shanghai economies is analyzed.
