企业可追溯体系投资意愿的主要影响因素研究:基于郑州市144家食品生产企业的案例

摘　　要：食品可追溯体系的实施在提高供应链管理效率的同时,能够实现食品安全与质量的可追溯性,便于召回有安全隐患的食品,已被认为是从根本上预防食品安全风险的主要工具之一。本文以郑州市144家食品生产企业为案例,在问卷调查的基础上,尝试性地构建了带罚函数二元Logistic模型,探究食品生产企业实施可追溯体系的投资意愿与主要影响因素。实证研究的结论表明,79.2%的食品生产企业愿意投资可追溯体系,而影响投资意愿的主要因素是食品生产企业的从业人数规模、管理者年龄、质量认证体系的实施等。本文的研究揭示了在我国食品可追溯体系难以推广与普及的主要原因,提出了政府监管、政策支持,以大企业为重点推进食品可追溯体系的建议。本文构建的带罚函数的二元Logistic回归模型对小样本容量的Logistic模型研究提供了一种新的思路,解决了Logistic模型可能存在无法迭代的问题。Food traceability system, which can improve the efficiency of supply chain management, achieve the traceability of food safety and quality, and make it easy to recall potentially problematic foods, has become as a key tool in solving food safety risks. In this paper, 144 food manufacturers in Zhengzhou City are reviewed through a questionnaire survey and the Logistic model with a penalty function are tentatively built to explore the main factors affecting manufacturers＇ willingness to invest in food traceability system. The results show that ？9. 2% of manufacturers are willing to invest in food traceability system, and the main factors affecting their willingness to invest are the number of workers in the food enterprises, managers＇ age and implementation of quality certification system. By analyzing the reason why food traceability system is hard to develop in China, this paper proposes that government should regulate and support large companies to develop food traceability system. The Logistic model with a penalty function built in this paper offers a new thought for Logistic model with small samples and solve the problem that Logistic model with small samples cannot iterate.
