抗C5b-9复合物抗血清对大鼠ATS性肾炎病变的抑制作用

摘　　要：给大鼠注射抗胸腺细胞血清(ATS)复制系膜增生性肾小球肾炎即ATS性肾炎(ATSN)模型。同时应用兔抗大鼠补体C5b-9复合物抗血清进行处理，然后定期观察各组大鼠24h尿蛋白总量、肾小球内细胞总数、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)、α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)的表达及肾小球内C5b-9复合物的沉积情况。结果发现，用C5b-9抗血清处理的ATSN组上述各项指标均较未用C5b-9抗血清处理的ATSN组低。提示：抗鼠C5b-9复合物抗血清对大鼠ATSN病变有抑制作用。The model of mesangioproliferative nephritis of rat s,namely, anti- thymocyte serum nephritis (ATSN) was established by repeated injection of rabbit antiserum against rat thymocytes. Then, the ATSN rats trea ted with anti-C5b-9 complex serum were investigated. The results showed that the content of 24 hours urinary protein, cell numbers of glomerulus, express ion of PCNA or α-SMA and deposit of C5b-9 complex in glomerulus of the ATSN rats treated by the anti-C5b-9 antiserum were lower than those of the AT SN rats with no treatment. These findings indicated that anti-C5b-9 complex s erum played some inhibitory roles on the pathologic changes of the rats with ATS N.
