摘　　要：通过对疾病的病因、病机及西医疾病辨识等各个环节进行剖析,认为疾病并非是仅仅局限于器官、组织、分子层面的改变,而是由多种因素引起的机体在功能、结构、精神情志等层面随时间推移而产生变化的动态演变过程。在此过程中,疾病的萌芽、发展、传变及转归各个阶段密切相关。准确把握疾病的演变规律,用"过程论"的观点分析疾病全局,即掌握了疾病的关键环节,有助于实现疾病预防诊治预后一体化。Based on the disease etiology, pathogenesis and Western disease identification and other aspects, the author thinks the disease is not only confined to organs, tissues and molecular - level changes, but also a dynamic evolution over time of the body caused by a variety of factors in the functional,structural,mental emotions and other aspects changes. In this process,the germination,progress,development and turnover of disease are closely related to each other. Accurately grasping the evolution of the disease and analyzing the global disease with the process theory point, can we grasp the key link of the disease, contributing to disease prevention, treatment and prognosis integration.
