中医药治疗2型糖尿病的文献计量分析

摘　　要：在我国2型糖尿病发病率有逐渐增高的趋势,目前已成为严重威胁人们健康的疾病之一。运用文献计量学的方法,以中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普数据库为检索源,检索关于中医药治疗2型糖尿病的文献,并对其进行文献计量学分析。我们利用文献管理软件NoteExpress对纳入标准的344篇文献进行统计分析,从文献的年代分布、期刊分布、作者分布、作者单位分布、类型分布、高频关键词等方面进行统计,初步探讨中医药治疗2型糖尿病领域的研究现状、热点和趋势。并以胰岛素抵抗为研究热点展开讨论,为中医临床和科研工作者提供了参考和方向,也突出了将文献计量学方法运用于医学文献的分析对医学临床和科研工作的重要支持作用。The incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus is increasing in China, which is one of the seriously threats to health. This paper was written based on CNKI, Wanfang Date and VIP datebase and bibliometric methods were used to analyze the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus. With the reference management software Note Express ,we analyzed 344 literatures which were in accordance with the inclusive criteria in terms of the temporal distribution,journals distribution, author distribution, author＇s unit distribution, type distribution and high -frequency. We investigated the current situation, hot spots and the trend of the therapy of type 2 diabetes mellitus by traditional Chinese medicine. In addition, we focused on the hot spot issue - insulin resistance, providing a reference and direction for clinic doctors and researchers, and we inferred that it played a strong supporting role by using bibliometrics analysis method to study the medical literatures.
