摘 要:目的:运用GC-MS法研究延龄草的脂溶性成分,为延龄草的开发利用提供参考。方法:采用有机溶剂法提取脂溶性成分,运用GC-MS进行分离测定,结合质谱库检索技术对化合物进行结构鉴定,应用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果:鉴定出31种化合物。结论:首次采用GCMS联用技术对延龄草脂溶性成分进行全面研究,为延龄草的进一步开发利用提供了一定的理论基础。Objective: To analyze lipophilic constituents of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim. , so as to proxide rel~,renees Ibr the ap- plication of it, Methods: Organic solvent extraction method were used, and the lil^philic constituents were isolated and identified by GC-MS. The constituents were identified by their mass spectra. The relative percentage of the volatile constituents were calculaled tn,n the GC peak areas. Results: 31 compounds were idenlified.
