摘 要:观察糖皮质激素(GC)对由戊四氮(PTZ)诱导的大鼠急、慢性癫痫模型的拮抗作用,以及采用不同的给药方式对癫痫大鼠的行为、脑电图和脑神经元形态学的影响。结果发现:大剂量、短期(1~2 d)经静脉给予地塞米松(4mg/kg)可有效地减轻或完全抑制由PTZ诱导的急、慢性癫痫的发作症状和脑电图中的癫痫波,对神经元形态和数目也无明显影响。从而证实了GC的抗癫痫效应,并提出了短期静脉给药是较合适的治疗方法,为GC用于临床抗癫痫治疗提供了科学的实验依据。The inhibiting effects of glucocorticold (GC) on acute or chronic epilepsy induced by pentylene- trazole (PTZ) were observed, and the affection on the behaviour, EEG and morphology of brain neurons by dif- ferent methods GC administration was studied. The results showed that dexamethasone in a large dose (4 mg/ (kg. d), i. v) and a short period (1 to 2d) could reduce or inhibit completely the attacking symptom of epilepsy and epileptic waves in the EEG. It was also affirmed that there was no obvious changes in shape and number of neurons of brain by Niss staining. The present results proved the effect of anti-epilepsy of GC and suggested more suitable method applying GC. It provided scientific foundation of experiment for further application of GC on anti-epilepsy in the clinical practice.
