摘　　要：目的:峡部裂性腰椎滑脱(IS)是腰椎椎弓上下关节突之间的峡部有缺损失去连接(峡部不连),而且发生患椎向前滑移,本文就冯氏脊柱手法治疗峡部裂性腰椎滑脱做一介绍。Hospital of the Air Force PLA 100142,Beijing city Lumbar spondyloly-sis（IS）is the isthmus of two lumbar spondy- lolysis facets lost connection （discontinuous isthmus）,and arise the vertebral slip forward, this paper made a presentation on Feng＇s spinal manipulative therapy to treat the isth-mic spondylolisthesisare, report as follows now.
