摘 要:目的 :观察超声法与手扩法对细窄根管的清理能力。方法 :将 2 0颗牙根分为 4组 ,应用扫描电镜观察超声波法与手扩法体外预备细窄根管在颈 1/ 3、中 1/ 3、尖 1/ 3三部位的清理能力 ,并比较中药洁尔阴洗液、生理盐水、双氧水与氯亚明交替冲洗对根管清理作用的影响。结果 :细窄根管的尖 1/ 3区超声预备明显清洁于手扩法 ,颈 1/ 3区超声法及手扩双氧水、氯亚明交替冲洗明显较手扩洁尔阴冲洗法清洁 ,中 1/ 3区各组之间无显著性差异。结论 :超声预备细窄根管在根尖区具有独特的优势 ,未发现超声波与杀菌型冲洗液洁尔阴之间有协同作用。Objective:To investigate debridment ability of ultrasound and hand instrumentation in narrow root canals.Methods:Twenty root canals were devided into four groups.Scanning electron microscope was used to evaluate debridement ability of ultrasound and hand instrumentation at the coronal,middle,and apical thirds of narrow root canals in vitro.The debridement effects of chinese medicine jieeryin,conventional normal saline,and the alternative using of 3% hydrogen peroxide and 2% chloramine were also compared.Results:Ultrasonic instrumentation produced more significant cleanliness than hand instrumentation did at the apical third of narrow canal walls.At the coronal third,ultrasonic technique and hand instrumentation irrigated with 3% hydrogen peroxide and 2% chloramine alternately produced more significant cleanliness than hand instrumentation irrigated with jieeryin.There was no statistical difference in cleanliness among groups at the middle third.Conclusion:Ultrasonic instrumentation of narrow root canals has special superiority at the apical third.The synergistic effect is not found between ultrasound and bacteriocidal irrigant Jieeryin.
