摘 要:为更好的发挥空气悬架性能,在悬架建模和仿真过程中需要更贴近实际的空气弹簧模型,因此必须考虑空气弹簧变刚度的弹性特性。本文以某客车膜式空气弹簧为研究对象,对空气弹簧的弹性特性进行理论分析,并对其垂向静、动态弹性特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明空气弹簧刚度特性曲线呈反"S"形,在拉伸和压缩到较大位移时刚度较大,在设计高度附近刚度较小。An air spring model closed to the practicality is needed in the process of modeling and simulation for better performance of the suspension.So the variable stiffness elastic properties of the air spring are very important.Taking a membrane type air spring of a bus as the research object,this paper analyzed the elastic characteristics of the air spring and then the experimental study of vertical static and dynamic elastic characteristics was done.The experiment results showed that the stiffness characteristic curves are shaped like a reverse S.The stiffness is smaller in design near height,and is bigger in larger tensile and compressive displacement.
