摘　　要：高压故障是X射线衍射仪的常见故障之一。本文结合我们对帕纳科X’Pert Pro MPD衍射仪高压故障维修中的一些体会,介绍了X射线衍射仪高压系统的基本组成,分析了高压系统的工作原理。提出了X射线衍射仪高压系统常见故障的检修方法和步骤。利用仪器自带的"测试和诊断软件"对高压故障进行检测,根据故障信息提示确定故障范围,通过断开高压电缆的方法可进一步确定故障部件。Hing-tension system failure happens oftentimes.In this paper, the basic component of high-tension system of X-ray diffractometer is introduced and operation principle is analyzed by our knoledge in maintaining high-tension system of Panalytical X＇Pert Pro MPD X-ray diffractometer.A method and program for the maintenance of X-ray diffractometer are proposed. Panalytical Testing ＆ Diagnostics software was used to test the high-tension system failure.According to its information,the fault position will be found.By disconnecting the hing-tension cable,trouble unit can be determined further.
