摘  要:目的了解清远市市售淡水鱼体内常用抗生素残留水平,为制定有效的监管措施提供依据。方法 2011年–2012年连续两年随机采集清远市本地区各类淡水鱼,共采集240份样品,采用高效液相色谱法进行土霉素、四环素、氯霉素和金霉素的检测。结果 240份样品合格率为94.6%,两年内的检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),四种抗生素的检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),四种抗生素的超标率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),四个季节的超标率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同产地的样品抗生素超标率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),四种抗生素中土霉素超标率最高,为4.2%。结论清远市市售淡水鱼部分存在抗生素残留,需加强养殖和销售的管理。Objective To understand the antibiotic residue levels in commercial freshwater fish in Qingyuan city, and provide basis for taking supervision measures efficiently. Methods Two hundred and forty freshwater fish samples were randomly col- lected from Qingyuan in 2011 and 2012 to detect the oxytetracycline, tetracycline, chloramphenicol and aureomycin by HPLC (high performance liquid chromatography). Results The qualified rate of 240 samples was 94.6%. There was no statistical difference in the positive rates of the four antibiotics between the two years (P 〉 0.05 ), b'ut significant difference was found in the positive rates and over- limit rates of the four antibiotics(P 〈0.05 ). The same was also found in over- limit rates of four antibiotics among different seasons and different places(P 〈 0.05). The unqualified ratio of oxytetracycline was 4.2%, highest among the 4 antibiotics. Conclusion Antibiotic residue was found in some commercial freshwater fish in Qingyuan, so more supervision and administration should be strengthened on culture and marketing.
