摘　　要：文章主要分析了基于PLC控制的SHP系列单柱液压缸试验台,针对大多数液压缸试验台性能不稳定、速度不快、结构不紧凑等缺点,采用西门子PLC开发一套新型的液压缸试验台控制系统。该控制系统具有性能稳定、速度快、操作方便、使用寿命长等优点。This article mainly analyzes the SHP series single column hydraulic cylinder test-stand based on PLC control. Aiming at such disadvantages as unstable performance, low speed, not compact structure for most of the hydraulic cylinder test-stand, the Siemens PLC is used to develop a new type of hydraulic cylinder test-stand control system. This control system has a lot of advantages such as stable perfomqance, high speed, convenient operation, and long service life.
