摘　　要：基于当前的科技体制以及相关的文献研究,从八个方面设计了相关变量,以浙江省11个地区的2019名科技人才为调查对象,从不同性别、年龄、工龄、学历、职称、职务、工作类别、单位类别、区位等视角出发,探讨了科技人才对创新制度环境需求的差异性,最后依据分析结果,提出了完善创新制度环境的对策与建议。Based on current science and technology system and related literature, this paper designed relevant variables from the eight aspects. Using 2019 scientific and technological personnel of the 11 regions in Zhejiang Province as the sample, and from per- spective of different gender, age, seniority, qualifications, job title, of work unit type and location, this paper explored the differences in the innovation institutional environmental needs of the scientific and technological talent, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the innovation system environment based on the results of the analysis.
