摘　　要：安徽作为中部地区经济快速发展的代表,如何在中国经济结构转型大潮中迎头赶上,甚至成为新改革开放中的佼佼者,促进中小企业对全省的发展将会起到关键作用。在促进中小企业发展问题上,安徽做出了积极的探索和实践。大量的促进措施的实施,一方面,使安徽的中小企业迅速发展;另一方面,也使我们认识到长效机制的建立才是中小企业发展的必由之路。解除供给抑制,就是建立长效机制的具体举措。On behalf of Anhui as the central region of rapid economic development, how to proceed with determination in the tide of China＇s economic restructuring, and even become the new leader in the reform and opening up, promoting the small and medium-sized enterprises of the province of the development will play a key role. In the promotion of SME development, Anhui has made a positive exploration and practice. Implemented a number of measures to promote has made Anhui＇s rapid development of SMEs.On the other hand, it also makes us realize that long-term mechanism is the route one must take the development of SMEs. Removing supply repression is the specific measure to establishing long-term mechanism.
