摘  要:目的 视觉诱发电位 (VEP)和闪光视网膜电图 (F -ERG)联合应用评价钝挫伤眼的视功能。方法  86例 (86眼 )钝挫伤眼及健康对侧眼为对照组 ,按照国际标准分别行VEP和F -ERG检查。比较分析两组间VEPP10 0 波潜时值、F -ERG的a、b波幅值的平均值。结果 眼挫伤组VEPP10 0 波潜时明显延迟 ,波幅值明显降低 ;F -ERGa、b波幅值明显降低 ,其异常率随视功能损伤程度的加重而增加。结论 VEP和FTo evaluate the visual function of patients with ocular contusion by visual evoked potentials(VEP) and flash electroretinogram(F-ERG). Methods 86 cases (86 eyes) with ocular contusion and their fllow eyes worked as control group. VEP and F-ERG were recorded respectively according to ISCVE standard.The P 100 latency and amplitudes of VEP, amplitudes of F-ERG a,b-wave were analysed.Results The amplitudes of VEP P 100 and F-ERG a,b-waves were significantly reduced and the latency of P 100 was significantly delayed in the ocular contusion group. The more the function of wound eye was decreased, the more the rate of abnomal VEP and F-ERG was increased.Conclusion VEP and F-ERG were the abstract examining methods on early diagnosis of ocluar contusion and visual function assess.
