摘　　要：文章综述了护士在癌痛管理中的认知与态度,以及其影响因素(包括年龄、学历、职务/职称、科室、工作年限和癌痛培训经历),以期为护士更有效地管理癌痛提供有价值的参考。This paper reviewed nurses＂ knowledge and attitudes in the management of cancer pain, as well as its influencing factors including age, educa tion, post/professional title, department, years of work experience and training experiences of cancer pain, so as to provide valuable advice for nurses to manage cancer pain effectively in the future.
