摘　　要：目的　比较单纯切除术及自体角膜缘上皮移植术治疗中度初发性翼状胬肉的效果。方法　单纯切除组 2 0例 (2 4眼 ) ;自体角膜缘上皮移植组 (简称移植组 ) 18例 (2 2眼 )。结果　移植组 :平均追踪 9 2 4± 2 6 2月 ,复发率 4 5 % ,明显低于单纯切除组 33 33%的复发率 (平均追踪 8 6 8± 2 83月 )。To determine whether the effect of limbal autograft transplantation is better than primary closure for the treatment of primary pterygium at middle grade.Methods 24 eyes of 20 cases with primary pterygium at middle grade were operated on with primary closure (simple excision);22 eyes of 18 cases were treated with limbal autograft transplantation.Results 4 5% of the recurrence rate(mean follow up 9 24±2 62 months)was significantly lower than 33 3% in group of primary closure(mean follow up 8 68±2 83 months).Conclusion Limbal autograft transplantation was significantly better than primary closure about the effects of treatment of pterygium.
