摘　　要：本文论述领军人才的内涵、特征,在优势学科群建设中的开拓、引领、融合和人才培育作用,提出领军人才是优势学科群建设的核心因素之一,同时讨论培育领军人才,推进优势学科群建设的方法。The conception and features were discussed of the leading talents .With the functions of crea-tion, guiding , integration and talents cultivating , the view was put forward that leading talents was one of the core factor of superior discipline groups＇construction in the hospital .Also the methods of cultivation of leading talents were proposed .
