摘 要:目的讨论产前胎儿系统超声检查对胎儿形态、结构畸形筛查的诊断和价值。方法对7826例(18w-40w)中晚期胎儿进行彩超产前胎儿结构和形态的系统筛查,并且按照英国胎儿基金会超声检查规范,采集21幅标准图片并进行图片存储,对产后诊断结果进行回顾性分析。结果产前超声系统筛查出192例畸形胎儿,经引产或出生后证实,漏诊8例,诊断检出率95.83%,单发畸形162例(162/192,84.37%),多发畸形27例(27/192,14.06%),双胎畸形3例(3/192,1.56%)。结论胎儿系统超声检查对胎儿形态、结构畸形的诊断具有重要的价值,它是产前诊断胎儿畸形的首选方法。Objective : To assess the value of ultrasound on the prenatal diagnosis of fetal morphology and malformation. Methods : Prenatal screening has been carried out in 7826 fetal within 18 -40 weeks about fetal structures and fetal morphology. A retrospective analysis was performed according to the regulation of London fetal medicine foundation, 21 pictures were collected and restored in the prenatal diagnosis. Results: Totally 192 fetal malformation structures from prenatal screening, including 8cases of missed diagnosis, detection rate of diagnosis was 95.85%, 162cases of single malformation ( 162/192, 84. 37% ), 27cases of multiple malformations (27/192, 14. 06% ), 3 cases of twin abnormalities (3/192, 1.56% ). Conclusion: Prenatal ultrasonography which is the primary method on fetal malfornmtion has a significant value ultrasound on the prenatal diagnosis of fetal morphology and malformation.
