摘  要:在信号转导过程中 ,可能存在有待发现的特异性信号转导分子 ,本文将简要探讨经Ca2 +/Calcineurin与NF AT转录复合物进行信号转导的特异性机制 ,及其在开发调节该信号转导途径的药物方面的潜在意义。本文例证给了我们一些有益的启示。Signal transduction was observed while activation of specific receptors leads to highly specific biologic responses, these receptors seem to use ubiquitous signaling intermediates. One solution to this dilemma is that perhaps the specific signaling molecules are yet to be discovered. Recent reviews have discussed the diverse roles of this ubiquitous signaling intermediate. The thesis will focus on recently discovered mechanisms that they are likely to underlie the specificity of signaling through Ca 2+ /calcineurin and the NF AT transcription complex and discuss the implication for the development of drugs to modulate responses through this pathway.
