摘  要:为了进行乙醇含量的快速测定,近红外光谱分析技术作为一种新兴的快速检测技术,通过分析甲基、亚甲基、羟基的倍频、组合频,不同浓度的乙醇对红外光具有不同的吸收率。选择1250nm^1350nm光谱段作为乙醇浓度的分析谱段,提出了一种新型的便携式红外光谱检测仪控制方案,建立快速测定乙醇含量的近红外光谱法。实验发现该检测方法具有较好的稳定性,可以对乙醇含量进行准确、快速、便捷的检测,满足食品质量控制的要求。Near infrared spectroscopy (NIR) has been used as a new and rapid detection technology in order to rapidly determine ethanol content.By analyzing hydroxyl frequency and frequency combinations of methyl and methylene,result showed that different ethanol concentrations had different absorption rates of infrared light.Spectral segment between 1250hm and 1350hm has been selected for the ethanol concentration spectral analysis,a new type control plan of portable infrared spectroscopy detection,and rapid determination of alcohol content by near infrared spectroscopy was established.It was found that the detection method has good stability; the ethanol content can be accurately,rapidly and conveniently detected,satisfying the requirement of food quality control.
