摘　　要：介绍了集成电路生产线多区域设备数据快速采集集成技术的实现方法,多个Host服务分区域管理生产线中的设备,遵循SEMI相关标准,与生产线设备建立通讯链路,采用周期订阅的方式采集Host服务所管控的区域设备数据,并将采集数据存储于远程SQL Server数据服务器进行数据集成。This paper introduces the integrated circuit production line multiregion equipment data rapid acquisition method to realize the integration technology,multiple Host service area management in the production line equipment,follow the SEMI standards,establish the communication link with production line equipment,adopt the way of periodic subscription data acquisition control Host service area equipment,and will collect data saved in SQL Server data server for data integration.
