补阳还五汤合升降散治疗中风的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察补阳还五汤合升降散治疗中风的临床疗效及作用机制。方法:选中风气虚血瘀证患者38例,常规西药治疗基础上,加补阳还五汤合升降散治疗1个月,并与30例常规西药治疗作对照,检测用药前和停药后1周血流变学指标及白细胞介素Ⅱ(IL-2)含量。结果:中风气虚血瘀证患者用补阳还五汤合升降散治疗后,其全血比黏度明显降低,IL-2含量明显提高。结论:补阳还五汤合升降散治疗能降低患者血液黏稠度,增强细胞免疫功能,从而发挥治疗中风气虚血瘀证的作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Shengjiangsan in the treatment of apoplexy and its mechanism of action. Methods 38 cases of apoplexy with Qixuxueyu syndrome were treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Shengjiangsan for one month, in addition to the treatment with conventional western medicines. The 30 control cases were only treated with conventional western medicines for one month. And then, the blood specimens were taken from two group patients before the treatment and one week after the trealment. The blood level of IL-2 and the blood rheological indicators were detected Results There was an remarkable decrease in blood viscosity and an equally notable increase in IL-2 content in the blood of apoplexy patients with Qixuxueyu syndrome after they were treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Shengjiangsan. Conclusion The therapy of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with Shengjiangsan has a positive effect on apoplexy patients with Qixuxueyu syndrome through reducing their blood viscosity and improving their cellular immune function.
