摘　　要：目的　探讨转移抑制基因 nm2 3蛋白在乳腺肿瘤中的表达情况及临床意义。方法　应用免疫组化 S- P法 ,对 131例乳腺良、恶性肿瘤进行 nm 2 3基因蛋白检测 ,对其中 10 2例乳腺癌进行雌激素受体 (ER)和孕激素受体(PR)检测。结果　 nm 2 3蛋白在浸润性小叶癌、导管内癌及粘液腺癌中呈高表达 ,而在髓样癌中呈低表达。 nm2 3蛋白表达与乳腺癌患者的年龄、组织学分级、淋巴结转移及 ER有密切相关性。结论　 nm2 3蛋白表达可作为判断乳腺癌预后的一项独立指标 ,其高表达显示乳腺癌预后较好。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of nm23 protein in breast neoplasm.Methods One hundred and thirty one cases of benign and malignant breast neoplasm were examined by immunohistochemical S P method.Among them,102 cases of breast carcinoma were examined for estrogen and progesterone receptor status.Results There was a high nm23 expression in invasive lobular carcinoma,intraductal carcinoma and mucinous carcinoma,but a low expression in medullary carcinoma.The expression of the nm23 protein was closely associated with age,histologic grade,lymph node metastasis and ER status.Conclusion The nm23 expression may be an independent prognostic indicator in breast carcinoma patients.It is auggested that its high expression indicates a good prognosis of breast carcinoma.
