中小板上市公司高管特征与研发支出——加入政治关联和银企联系特征的分析

摘　　要：使用2007—2012年中小板上市公司的数据,实证分析公司高管尤其是政治关联和银企联系方面的特征对研发支出的影响。研究发现:高管政府官员类政治关联与研发支出显著正相关,高管代表委员类政治关联、银企联系和平均年龄与研发支出显著负相关。但高管持股水平和任职期限虽然与研发支出正相关,但未达到显著性水平。Using the small and medium-sized boards of listed companies in 2007-2012 data, the author carried out the empirical analysis on the company executives, especially the features of political association and the influence of R＆D spending. Studies finding shows that senior government official class political association is significantly related to the R＆D spending, the executive representatives political association, the connection between banks and enterprises and average age are negatively related to the research and development spending. The executives＂ shareholding level and tenure are positively related to the research and development spending, but did not reach the significant level.
