摘　　要：语言文字表达能力是新闻媒体从业人员最基本的能力和职业素质,新闻学专业在校大学生的语言文字表达能力应得到培养和提高。其途径为改进课程设置、增加应用性基础课,制定语言文字表达能力培养与训练的具体目标与办法,加强实践环节,营造良好的普通话语言氛围。The abilities in written and verbal communication are essential to practitioners of journalism. The language expression ability of journalism professional college students should be cultivated and improved. The ways include improving the curriculum and increasing the applied basic course, developing specific objectives and measures of language expression ability cultivation and training, strengthening practice link, and building good mandarin language atmosphere.
