构建文化与科技并存的工业商区——论贵阳市工业园区建设

摘　　要：随着经济全球化与工业现代化的发展,一些地区的工业园区建设一方面表现为区域经济发展的推手,一方面却表现出严重的动力不足,难以实现区域经济的可持续发展。为寻找发展动力,文章提出构建文化与科技并存的工业商区,用"商区"概念代替"园区"概念,通过挖掘民族文化传承在金融服务、信息咨询和科技开发等过程中的潜能,建设更具生态功能性的工业园区。With the development of globalization and industrial modernization, a paradox comes into being： some industrial parks did promote regional economic development, but they showed much weakness in driving force, hence preventing sustainable development from materializing. This paper suggests the replacement of ＂commercial zone＂ for ＂park＂, and advises that an industrial park with ecological functions be set up, which takes much nutrition from the roles of the ethnic culture inheritance in financial services, information consultancy and technological exploration.
