高等院校师德师风建设探析

摘　　要：师德师风是一所高校的灵魂,党和政府一直重视教师作用的发挥及其职业道德的建设。近年来各级党政部门、高校和社会对师德师风建设作出了诸多探索和努力。目前高校师德师风主要存在八个方面的问题。问题的存在,有主观原因,也有客观原因。进一步加强高校师德师风建设,仍需做好一系列的工作。Teachers＇ professionalism is the soul of universities and has been the focus of the Chinese Communist Party and government. Though efforts have been made in this regard, there are still some problems concerned. It is argued that the causes must be detected and more improvement should be made.
