摘 要:目的 探讨碘缺乏所导致的甲状腺功能减低状态下 ,胃肠道组织中胃泌素 (gastrin)合成的变化情况。方法 动物模型使用低碘饲料喂养的大鼠 ,取其 2 0、40和 90日龄的第一代仔鼠的组织分离、研磨提取后 ,用放免方法测定胃泌素。结果 1缺碘大鼠胃、十二指肠和空肠胃泌素含量分别为 :(3.84± 1.15 )、(5 .0 1± 1.33)及(0 .79± 0 .33) ng/g,而与对照组相应部位含量 :(4.77± 1.15 )、(6 .2 2± 1.31)和 (1.0 1± 0 .32 ) ng/g比较 ,明显减低。 2 2 0、40日龄缺碘大鼠 ,胃肠道组织中各部位胃泌素含量分别明显低于同日龄对照组 ,90日龄缺碘大鼠的胃肠道中的胃泌素含量与同日龄对照组比较 ,有降低趋势。结论 胃泌素的合成与甲状腺功能有密切的关系 ,提示甲状腺激素对胃泌素的基因表达有调节作用。Objective To investigate the changes of gastrin (Gas) synthesis in gut under the condition of hypothyroidism caused by iodine deficiency.Methods Experimental rat models were established by feeding with iodine deficient diet.Gastrin was extracted from the gastrointestinal tissues of 20,40 and 90 day old rats of the firstgeneration offspring of ioidne deficient rats,and then,measured with radioimmunoassay.Results ①The gastrin levels in the stomach,duodenum and jejunum of iodine deficient rats were (3.84±1.15)ng/g,(5.01±1.33)ng/g and (0.79±0.33)ng/g,which were significantly lower than those of controls (4.77±1.15)ng/g,(6.22±1.31)ng/g and (1.01±0.32)ng/g,respectively.②The gastrin levels of 20 and 40 day old iodine deficient rats were lower than those of the same aged controls.The gastrin levels of 90 day old iodine deficient rats were also lower that those of the controls,but not significantly.Conclusions The synthesis of gastrin was intimately associated with thyroid function.It would be reasonable to suggest that thyroid hormone could regulate the expression of gastrian gene,at least,in protein peptide level.
