医学影像科检查在医保总额预付制改革政策下的变化

摘　　要：目的探讨医保制度对医院医学影像科检查量的影响以及应对的方法。方法对北京大学肿瘤医院医学影像科2012年度全年检查量数据进行统计分析,组间率的比较采用χ2检验或Fisher精确概率法。结果实施医保总额预付制前后医学影像科检查量总体情况变化不大。非医保群体中,各种检查的构成比情况变化不大。结论医保总额预付制使医保病例的影像检查手段构成发生了积极变化,减少了病人的医疗支出,促进医疗资源的优化配置;医学影像科应针对变化采取相应措施,以保证临床医疗和科研工作的平稳开展。Objectire To investigate the influence of prepaid medical insurance on the quality of examinations in medical imaging department in the hospital and the countermeasures. Methods Data on the examination amount in 2012 were ana lyzed and inter-group rate comparisons were conducted through using or Fisher＇s test. Results The total amount of ra diological examination kept stable after the execution of prepaid medical insurance reform. In non medical insurance group, the change of the proportion of various examinations was not obnous. Conclusion Prepaid medical insurance plays a part on the constitution of radiological examinations, which reduces medical expenditure and promotes optimized disposition of health resources to ensure the steady clinical medical and science development.
