疏郁安神方治疗抑郁症伴睡眠障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏郁安神方治疗抑郁症伴睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分成治疗组30例和对照组30例进行比较。其中中医治疗组采用自拟疏郁安神方随症加减治疗;西医治疗组采用口服帕罗西汀片和阿普唑仑片治疗;14天为1疗程,连服6周。结果:两组经治疗前后组内和组间的汉密尔顿抑郁量表、中医证候等级评分量表、匹兹堡睡眠指数评分变化情况比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.01和P<0.05),显示治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:疏郁安神方治疗抑郁症伴睡眠障碍有较好疗效,且安全性、依从性较帕罗西汀片和阿普唑仑片好。Objective： Observing the clinical curative effect of Shuyu Anshen Recipe in the treatment of depression with sleep disorder. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group with 30 cases and controlled group with 30 ca- ses. The Chinese medicine treatment group was treated by Shuyu Anshen Recipe addition and subtraction; western medicine treatment group were treated with oral administration of Paroxetine and Alprazolam. 14 days for a course of treatment, and even served 6 weeks. Results： The two groups were compared between and within groups, Hamilton depression scale, TCM syndrome rating scale, Pittsburgh sleep quality index score changes before and after treatment, with a significant difference （P 〈 O. O1 and P 〈 O. 05）, showing that the effect of the treatment group was better than the controlled group. Conclusion ： Shuyu Anshen Reci- pe has better effect than the controlled group in the treatment of depression with sleep disorder, and compliance with paroxetine and Alprazolam tablets.
