摘　　要：目的 探讨玻璃体切割联合固定式后房型人工晶体植入手术治疗外伤性晶体脱位的临床疗效.方法 收集我院2010年9月～2012年7月住院行玻璃体切割联合固定式后房型人工晶体植入手术治疗的眼球挫伤晶体脱位病例17例（17只眼）.观察其术前,术后视力、眼压、角膜内皮细胞计数等指标.结果 15只眼（88.24%）术后1周最佳矫正视力（BCVA）较术前提高1行及以上;所有患者术后1个月眼压均正常;角膜内皮细胞计数较手术前平均减少4.57%.结论 玻璃体切割联合固定式后房型人工晶体植入手术治疗外伤性晶体脱位能够较大程度降低手术源性角膜内皮损伤,同时获得一个较为良好的术后视力与满意的眼压.Objective To observe the effect of vitrectomy and suturing posterior chamber intraocular lens （IOL） implan- tation for the dislocation of lens after ocular trauma. Methods 17cases （17eyes） with dislocation of lens after ocular trauma were treated by vitrectomy and suturing posterior chamber IOP implantation from September 2010 to July 2012. The best corrected visual acuity （BCVA）, the intraocular pressure （IOP） and the count of corneal endothelial cell were observed. Results The BCVA of 1 week postoperation raised 1 row in 15 eyes. The IOP of 1 month postoperation was normal in all cases. The count of corneal en- dothelial cell decreased to 4.57%. Conclusion The association of vitrectomy and suturing posterior chamber IOL implantation forthe dislocation of lens after ocular trauma could reduce the iatrogenic damage in a great degree, meanwhile, regain good BCVA and IOP.
