摘　　要：目的 探讨脑脊液置换术在治疗蛛网膜下隙出血所致头痛治疗中的效果.方法 对90例实验组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用脑脊液置换疗法,并与对照组（90例）进行比较分析.结果 实验组比对照组在1～4周头痛程度均有所减轻,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,其中以第2、3周缓解差异最明显.结论 脑脊液置换疗法可以减轻蛛网膜下隙出血后头痛患者的痛苦及对生理的影响,有利于患者恢复.Objective To investigate the effect of Cerebrospinal fluid replacement in the treatment of subarachnoid hem- orrhage due to headache. Methods In 90 cases of patients in the experimerhal group on the basis of conventional therapy plus discharged cerebrospinal fluid therapy, and the control group （90 cases） for comparative analysis. Results The experimental group than the control group in 1 ~ 4 weeks headache degree some reduced, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）, 2 and 3 weeks alleviate the most obvious differences. Conclusions Headache after subarachnoid hemorrhage by Cerebrospinal fluid replacement can alleviate the suffering of patients and the impact on the physiology, is conducive to the recovery of the pa- tient.
