二期义眼台植入并唇粘膜移植治疗结膜囊狭窄的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨二期义眼台植入并唇粘膜移植治疗结膜囊狭窄手术的临床效果.方法 回顾性分析2006年3月～2011年4月我院眼科二期行义眼台植入并唇粘膜移植治疗结膜囊狭窄的患者18例（18眼）,术后1个月安置义眼片,观察结膜囊形成、义眼活动度及外观改善情况,随访6～16个月.结果 18例患者均手术成功,除1例再次发生结膜囊狭窄外,无义眼台暴露及唇粘膜坏死,义眼片安置后活动度好.结论 二期义眼台植入并唇粘膜移植治疗结膜囊狭窄手术是矫正眼窝凹陷的一种安全有效的手术方式.Objective To investigate the clinical effect of secondary hydroxyapatite orbital implantation combined with lip mucosa transplantation in the treatment of narrow conjunctival sac. Methods 18 patients （ 18 eyes） with narrow conjunctival sac undergone secondary hydroxyapatite orbital implantation combined with lip mucosa transplantation from March 2006 to April 2011. 1 month after placement of a prosthetic eye, the conjunctival sac formation, the activity of the artificial eye and improve the out- ward appearance were observed and followed-up 6-16 months. Results 18 patients with successful surgery, in addition to 1 case of the narrow conjunctival sac happened again, no implant exposured and lip mucosal necrosis, prosthetic eye placement activity. Conclusion The secondary hydroxyapatite orbital implantation combined with lip mucosa transplantation in the treatment of nar- row conjunctival sac was a safe and effective surgery.
