摘　　要：目的探讨降低产前超声检查医疗纠纷的措施。方法对近年来导致产前超声检查中医疗纠纷发生的因素作一全面的分析。结果产前超声检查的局限性引发的医患矛盾甚至医疗纠纷日益增多。结论通过强化预防措施,加强医患沟通、知情告知,提高对产前超声检查正确的、理性的认识,规范医疗行为,以降低产前超声检查医疗纠纷的发生。Objective To reduce incidence of medical dispute caused by antenatal uhrasonic diagnosis. Methods The author analyzed comprehensively various causal factors leading to this type of dispute at present in terms of medical market, medi- cal care service environment, medical care receivers factors. Results The doctor-patient contradicts and medial tangles occur were more due to safety and limitation of prenatal ultrasonography. Conclusion Promote doctor-patient communication to improve the relation between patients and doctors.
