摘　　要：目的研究GABA Aβ3基因在前列腺癌组织中表达及临床意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法和Western blot法分别检测38例前列腺癌患者和38例前列腺炎患者前列腺组织中GABA Aβ3基因表达情况。结果前列腺癌GABA A受体β3亚单位表达染色强度分值(1.38±0.82)及阳性细胞数分值(2.35±0.92)(P<0.05)明显低于前列腺炎患者组织染色强度分值(2.58±0.36)及阳性细胞数分值(4.28±0.72)。结论 GABA Aβ3基因可能参与了前列腺癌的发生发展、浸润、转移中等演变过程,为前列腺癌诊断、预后评估和治疗提供了新的思路,为进一步研究其功能奠定了基础。Objective To investigate the expression and clinicopathological significance of gene GABA A [33 in the tissues of prostate carcinoma. Methods The expressions of GABA A 133 in 38 cases of prostate carcinoma and 38 cases of the prostatic tis- sues were examed by immunohistochemical SP method and Western blot method Results The scores of GABA A 133 （2 58 ± 0. 36） and the positive cell rates （4. 28±0. 72） were significantly higher in prostatic tissues than those of prostate carcinoma tissues （ 1.38± 0. 82,2. 35 ± O. 92）, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The positive cell rates and scores of GABA ^ 133 were significantly higher in prostatic than prostate carcinoma （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion GABA^ 133 take part in not only the occurrence and development but also the infiltration and transfom of Prostate carcinoma,Its low expression provides theoretical ba- sis for clinical combined modality therapy.
