摘　　要：概述了近年来国内外建筑石膏缓凝剂的研究现状,国内研究主要集中在4大类:有机酸类、磷酸盐类、蛋白类、复配体系,国外研究主要集中在有机酸和蛋白类以及复合研究,且研究形式多样,最后总结了国内外研究存在的差异及研究中存在的问题,展望了今后该研究领域的研究重点和发展方向。Present research situation of domestic and overseas in building gypsum retarder is reviewed.Domestic research fall into four major categories：organic acids,phosphatic,proteins and compounded system.Overseas study mainly focus on organic acids,proteins and compounded system and its forms are diverse.The research differences between domestic and overseas and the problems in the research are summarized and research priorities and development direction in this regard is also analyzed.
