摘 要:本试验旨在采用体外产气法研究半胱胺对水牛瘤胃发酵参数和甲烷产量的影响。试验采用压力读取式体外产气系统。设计发酵底物的精粗比为32.5∶67.5,半胱胺在精饲料中的添加水平分别为0(对照)、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%、1.0%(干物质基础)。结果表明:1)半胱胺对72 h累积产气量影响不显著(P>0.05);可消化有机物含量和代谢能在半胱胺添加水平为0.8%时最高,且0.8%半胱胺组显著高于0.2%、0.4%、0.6%半胱胺组(P<0.05)。2)半胱胺对氨态氮浓度没有显著影响(P>0.05),但0.8%半胱胺组微生物蛋白浓度显著或极显著高于其余各组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。3)乙酸浓度在0.8%半胱胺组最高,与其他各组无显著差异(P>0.05);0.6%半胱胺组较对照组显著增加了乙酸/丙酸(P<0.05)。4)精饲料中添加0.4%以上的半胱胺,可使发酵6、12和24 h甲烷产量显著或极显著减少(P<0.05或P<0.01)。综合上述各项指标可知,体外产气法测定半胱胺添加水平为0.8%时能很好地促进水牛瘤胃微生物发酵和降低甲烷产量。The current experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of cysteamine (Cs) on ruminal fer- mentation parameters and methane production of water buffalo by in vitro gas production method. A reading pressure in vitro gas production system was used. The ratio of concentrate to forage of substrate was 32.5:67.5. Cs was supplemented in concentrate at levels of 0, 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8% and 1.0% (dry matter basis), respectively. The results showed as follows: 1 ) Cs had no significant effect on 72 hours accumulation of gas production (P 〉 0.05 ) ; digestible organic matter content and metabolizable energy were the highest in 0.8% Cs group, and significantly higher than those in 0.2%, 0.4% and 0.6% Cs groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). 2 ) Cs had no significant effect on ammonia nitrogen concentration ( P 〉 0.05 ), but microbial protein concentration in 0.8% Cs group was significantly higher than that in other groups (P 〈0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). 3 ) Acetic acid concentration in 0.8% Cs group was the highest, but had no significant difference with that of other groups ( P 〉 0.05 ) ; compared with the control group, acetic acid/propionic acid was significantly increased in 0.6% Cs group (P 〈0.05). 4) Cs was supplemented in concentrate at a higher level than 0.4% could significantly decrease methane production after 6, 12 and 24 hours fermentation (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). The results of in vitro gas production method indicate that Cs can promote rumen microbe fermenta- tion, but decrease methane production of water buffalo when supplemental level of Cs is 0.8%.
