摘  要:本试验旨在研究低能饲粮中添加复合酶对肉鸡生长性能、肠道黏膜形态和食糜黏度的影响。选取320只1日龄爱拔益加肉鸡,随机分为4组,每组8个重复,每个重复10只。Ⅰ组为正对照组,饲喂玉米-豆粕型常规饲粮;Ⅱ组为负对照组,饲粮配方原料中增加杂粕和麦类用量,降低210 kJ/kg代谢能;Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为常规剂量加酶组和高剂量加酶组,分别在负对照组饲粮基础上添加0.02%和0.20%复合酶。试验期42 d。结果表明,Ⅱ组料重比极显著高于Ⅳ组(P<0.01),Ⅰ、Ⅲ组料重比显著低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅳ组绒毛高度极显著高于其他2组(P<0.01),Ⅱ组绒毛高度显著低于Ⅲ组(P<0.05);Ⅱ组隐窝深度极显著高于其他3组(P<0.01),Ⅳ组隐窝深度显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05);Ⅳ组绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)值极显著高于其他3组(P<0.01),Ⅱ组V/C值显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅲ组(P<0.05);各组之间黏膜厚度无显著差异(P>0.05);Ⅳ组食糜黏度显著低于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加0.02%和0.20%复合酶对肉鸡生长性能、肠道黏膜形态和食糜黏度均具有较好的改善作用;添加0.20%复合酶可进一步提高复合酶的应用效果。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of low energy diet supplemented with com- pound enzyme on growth performance, intestinal mucosa morphology and digesta viscosity of broilers. Three hundred and twenty one-day-old broilers were randomly assigned to four groups with eight replicates in each group and ten broilers in each replicate. The positive control group (group Ⅰ ) was fed a corn-soybean meal normal diet. The diet of negative control group (group Ⅱ ) was reduced by 210 kJ/kg metabolizable energy, and the content of miscellaneous meal and wheat was increased in this group. The normal additive dosage of enzyme group ( group Ⅲ ) and high additive dosage of enzyme group ( group Ⅳ ) were fed the negative control group diet supplemented with 0.02 % and 0.20% compound enzyme, respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed that the ratio of feed to gain in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in group Ⅳ ( P 〈0.01 ) ; the ratio of feed to gain in groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅱ ( P 〈 0.05). The villus height in groups Ⅰ and Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in other two groups ( P 〈 0.01 ), and the villus height in group Ⅱ was significantly lower than that in group Ⅱ ( P 〈0.05 ). The crypt depth in group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that in other three groups ( P 〈 0.01 ), and the crypt depth in group Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ ( P 〈 0.05 ). The villus height to crypt depth (V/C) in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in other three groups (P 〈0.05), and the V/C in group Ⅱ was significantly lower than that in groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ ( P 〈 0.05). There was no significant difference in mucosa thickness among all groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). The digesta viscosity in group IV was significantly lower than that in group II (P 〈 0.05 ).
