摘 要:本试验旨在研究育肥后期饲粮中添加硫磺负离子复合制剂对延边黄牛生长性能、养分表观消化率和屠宰性能的影响。选取60头平均体重为(550±16)kg的健康延边黄牛阉牛,随机分为4组,每组15头牛。Ⅰ组(对照组)饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组(试验组)分别饲喂在基础饲粮中添加16、18和20 mg/(头·d)硫磺负离子复合制剂的试验饲粮。预试期10 d,正试期90 d。结果表明:与Ⅰ组相比,Ⅳ组的平均日增重提高了34.69%(P<0.05),平均日采食量提高了4.33%(P<0.05),饲料转化率降低了26.37%(P<0.05)。各组间干物质、粗脂肪、粗灰分、钙、磷表观消化率均差异不显著(P>0.05),但Ⅳ组的粗蛋白质和粗纤维表观消化率均显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),分别提高了5.28%和5.35%。各组间屠宰性能差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,在育肥后期饲粮中添加硫磺负离子复合制剂可提高延边黄牛的生长性能和养分表观消化率;在本试验条件下,以硫磺负离子复合制剂添加水平为20 mg/(头·d)时取得的效果较好。This experiment was conducted to study the effects of adding sulfur-anion complex preparation into the late fattening period diet on growth performance, nutrient apparent digestibility and slaughter performance of Yanbian yellow cattle. A total of 60 healthy Yanbian yellow cattle bullocks with an average body weight of (550 ± 16) kg were randomly allocated into 4 groups with 15 bullocks per group. The bullocks in group Ⅰ ( control group) were fed a basal diet, and those in groupsⅡ , Ⅲ and Ⅳ ( test groups) were fed the basal di- ets supplemented with 16, 18 and 20 mg/( bullock .d), respectively. There was a pretrial period of 10 d fol- lowed by an experimental period of 90 d. The results showed as follows: compared with the group Ⅰ , the av- erage daily gain and average daily feed intake in the group Ⅳ were significantly increased by 34.69% and 4.33% , respectively (P 〈0.05 ). The feed conversation ratio in the group Ⅳ was significantly reduced by 26.37 % compared with the group Ⅰ (P 〈 0.05 ). No significant differences were observed in the apparent di- gestibility of dry matter, ether extract, ash, calcium and phosphorus among all groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). The ap- parent digestibility of crude protein and crude fiber in the group Ⅳ was significantly improved by 5.28 % and 5.35% compared with the group Ⅰ, respectively (P 〈0.05). No significant differences were observed in slaughter performance among all groups ( P 〉 0.05). In conclusion, adding sulfur-anion complex preparation into the late fattening period diet can improve the growth performance and nutrient apparent digestibility of Yan- bian yellow cattle, and 20 mg/( bullock . d) is considered to be the optimal level under conditions of this ex- periment.
