摘　　要：设备节能经济运行是企业提高经济效益，由粗放型管理向集约化管理转变的途径之一，对企业提高 能源有效利用率有着重要作用。本文较为全面的介绍了设备节能经济运行的概念和意义，并运用价值工程的 功能分析方法，对设备节能经济运行的对象进行了功能分析，指出了影响设备节能经济运行的因素、开展设备 节能经济运行的条件和方法。阐明了设备节能经济运行的中心是设备，关键在控制，目的是提高能源有效利 用率。Energy-saving economic operation of equipments is one of the ways to increase enterprise economic benefits and change extensive management into intensive management. It have great effects on effective energy utilization rate of enterprises. This paper introduces the concept and significances of energy-saving economic operation, performs function analysis of the objects of energy--saving economic operation with function analytical methods of value engineering, and presents the influential factors and conditions and ways to carry out energy-saving economic operation of equipments. The core is equipments, the key is control and the goal is increasing effective utilization rate of energy.
