摘　　要：在Hoffman定理的基础上,利用"和式"思想,给出了复分块矩阵非奇异的判定条件,进一步扩展了Gerschgorin圆盘定理.作为应用,给出了复分块矩阵正稳定的新判定条件.The nonsingularity of complex partitioned matrices and the criteria of nonsingularity are given by additive approach. The theorem of Gerschgorin disc is generalized. And the new condition for the positive stable matrix is proposed.
